What you will do
- Gather truck booking information from Products and Services teams.
- Plan daily and weekly trucking schedules and coordinate confirmed bookings with service providers.
- Process cargo consolidation and act as the main communication channel between Products and trucking service providers.
- Monitor truck information, quotation deployment, quotation updates, and data validation.
- Calculate trucking cost allocation for each product and prepare invoice summary reports for Accounting.
- Take on additional assignments required to support company operations.
Requirements
- University degree with at least 2 years of experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of transport operations and strong planning skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; service-minded, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
