Salary: $146,000 — $218,000 CAD

What you will do

• Define and champion the product strategy and roadmap for agentic security within the Auth0 identity security line.
• Drive customer research to identify opportunities and optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to deliver secure, usable features for technical and business audiences.
• Manage the full product lifecycle using Agile methodologies, including scoping, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
• Collaborate with product marketing to drive commercial growth, trial conversions, and product-led growth motions.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and engage with field organizations to gather customer feedback and refine product positioning.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Management in startup or high-growth environments.
• Significant experience with AI Agent creation, orchestration, and MCP servers.
• Strong command of OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI and experience in threat remediation (prompt injection, rogue agent detection).
• Foundational knowledge of IAM concepts (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, RBAC).
• Undergraduate or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
