Senior Product Manager (Agentic Security)

Location: Hybrid role in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Annual salary: CAD 146,000–218,000, plus potential equity, bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and data-driven prioritization for Agentic Security within the Auth0 Identity Security product line.
• Build runtime security capabilities for AI agents, including real-time detection, behavioral analysis, agent classification, and protection against compromised or rogue agents.
• Conduct customer research, analyze adoption data, and improve the customer journey, product usability, APIs, and business value realization.
• Work daily with engineering and design teams on user stories, prototypes, sprint planning, Agile delivery, and backlog prioritization.
• Partner with Product Marketing, sales, solutions engineering, and technical account teams on positioning, customer campaigns, product-led growth, adoption, and go-to-market activities.
• Use AI tools to accelerate prototyping, customer insight synthesis, competitive analysis, and product documentation.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Product Management experience, preferably in startup or high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience creating and orchestrating AI agents, using MCP servers, and defining secure authentication, authorization, and runtime monitoring for non-human AI principals.
• Strong command of the OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI, with experience addressing prompt injection, agent intent anomalies, and rogue agent detection.
• Security, fraud, or compliance industry experience, with knowledge of IAM and CIAM concepts such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
• Experience delivering global enterprise software and working with engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Undergraduate or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
