Senior Financial Controller for T-Systems Austria with German Language (m/f/d)

Location: Remote from Slovakia only; the role is associated with Košice, Slovakia, and remote work is restricted to Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Salary: negotiable base salary starting from €2,000 gross, plus variable compensation and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Provide financial and strategic judgments for business transactions, projects, technologies, and business models.
• Coordinate strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term scenario studies for assigned business units.
• Prepare executive management reports and analyze actuals, forecasts, and budgets for key financial KPIs.
• Perform account and project controlling, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Analyze, calculate, and record accruals, revenues, costs, true-ups, order entry, and order backlog.
• Coordinate relevant closing processes globally and act as a senior operational authority without disciplinary responsibility.

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics.
• At least 6 years of experience in finance.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office, advanced SAP skills, and intermediate Power BI skills.
• Advanced budgeting, planning, data analytics, reporting, and financial process skills.
• Expert result interpretation, analytical ability, ownership, and time-management skills.
• German at B2 level or higher and English at B2 level or higher.
