Finance Business Partner

Location: Budapest, Hungary — hybrid work with two home office days per week

What you will do

• Partner with Product Management, Solution Management, Software Development, and related organizations on financial and strategic decisions.
• Lead product cost controlling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Control budgets and spending, prepare financial reports and forecasts, and provide actionable business insights.
• Provide commercial guidance across the lifecycle of digital products and solutions, from innovation and development through maintenance and portfolio management.
• Align financial and business objectives with technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders across international organizations.
• Drive simplification, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, Business Partnering, Commercial Project Management, or a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance controlling.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform financial data into actionable business insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across functions and cultures.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
