Junior Financial Analyst with German

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid working model with flexible working time.

What you will do

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate forecasting processes and annual budget preparation.
• Prepare monthly variance analyses and target-versus-actual comparisons.
• Analyze key figures and create decision templates for management.
• Process ad hoc financial inquiries and act as a contact person for management and specialist departments.
• Apply and further develop existing controlling systems.

Requirements

• Business studies, ideally focused on finance, accounting, or controlling.
• Knowledge of company key-figure analysis and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Very good written and spoken English at C1 level.
• Very good written and spoken German.
• Analytical, systematic, communicative, determined, independent, and results-oriented working style.
• Ability to work with complex systems and changing issues in international teams.

Nice to have

• Initial experience in controlling, accounting, or auditing, including part-time student work.
• User knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
