Controlling Operations GBU Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Provide controlling support to local business units across sales, gross-to-net, industrial costing, OPEX, and CAPEX.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, rolling forecasts, monthly closings, scorecards, and variance commentary.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners, Budget Owners, and business leaders to track actuals, approve projects, and manage spending.
• Develop OPEX and headcount forecasts, monitor vacancy trends, and track forecast assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee project opening, closing, capitalization, standard costing, POV analyses, and manufacturing performance monitoring.
• Improve finance processes, promote efficiencies, support transformation initiatives, and ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of diversified financial controlling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work across international workstreams and in a complex matrix environment.
• Experience working with multiple systems and tools, including hirify.global platforms, processes, and controls such as SAGA.

Nice to have

• MBA and/or CPA.
• Pharmaceutical or public accounting experience.
• Commercial Finance and Gross-to-Net experience.
• TM1 and SAP experience.
