Project Manager (German)

Location: Poznań, Poland

Compensation: PLN 141,500 - PLN 237,600 yearly

What you will do

• Manage the project lifecycle from kickoff through implementation to final client acceptance.
• Oversee the efforts of required internal specialists and departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed project plans and comprehensive documentation.
• Guide clients through the preparation and optimization of their IT infrastructure.
• Manage communications between the client, hirify.global, and other project participants.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects while communicating professionally in German.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably SaaS implementations.
• Experience delivering project results to external clients in a professional services/billable context.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple vendors.
• Excellent English and German written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Poznań, Poland.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar project management accreditation.
