German-Speaking Project Manager

Location: Poznań, Poland. Working hours for EMEA employees are 08:00–17:00 CET.

Salary: PLN 141,500–237,600 per year.

Develops sector-specific software for manufacturers, including design applications, engineering simulations, product selection, CPQ, PIM, visualization, and data analytics.

What you will do

• Manage product implementation and expansion projects from kickoff through implementation and client acceptance.
• Develop, execute, and maintain project plans, documentation, reporting, and project methodology.
• Coordinate internal specialists, departments, vendors, clients, and other project participants.
• Guide clients through preparation of their IT infrastructure.
• Manage multiple projects while controlling risk, scope, quality, budget, and forecast impact.
• Communicate with clients and internal resources in German.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably SaaS software implementations.
• Experience delivering project results to external clients, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple vendors.
• German communication skills required; excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong negotiation, planning, reporting, and revenue-impact management skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar project management accreditation.
