Project Management Specialist

Location: Hybrid work in New York City, with office work and occasional visits to customer locations.

Salary: $85,000–$115,000 USD per year, plus a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Review project requirements, clarify gaps, and establish project performance baselines with clients and internal teams.
• Plan and manage project activities, schedules, budgets, technical scope, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, client stakeholders, meetings, project reporting, and internal communications.
• Support proposal development and new business opportunities.
• Maintain quality control, manage scope changes, and coordinate issue resolution with management and clients.
• Close out projects, complete documentation, track lessons learned, and provide performance feedback.

Requirements

• ABET-accredited Bachelor of Science degree.
• 5–7 years of technical experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in critical path planning, cost control, budget and deliverable tracking, risk management, and communication.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic proficiency with Bluebeam, SharePoint, CAD, and Revit.
