Project Manager

Location: Pullman, Washington, United States; onsite

Salary: $36.50–$54.00 per hour for Project Manager II

What you will do

• Coordinate activities across multiple divisions and departments to meet project objectives.
• Establish project plans and execute multiple cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.
• Maintain and analyze project metrics, schedules, budgets, financial records, and delivery tracking files.
• Identify project performance issues, track risks, and help develop mitigation plans.
• Present project status and trends to management and improve project management processes.
• Mentor or supervise other employees as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically four years of direct project coordination experience.
• Demonstrated project management knowledge, skills, terminology, and accomplishments.
• Strong coordination, organization, prioritization, communication, and independent work skills.
• Basic business acumen in budgets, expense planning, resource allocation, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project or comparable project management tracking software.
