Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant (SAP)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model with in-person collaboration and flexibility.

What you will do

• Lead SAP FI/S/4HANA Finance implementation activities across design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Gather business requirements, run client workshops, and translate Finance processes into SAP solution designs.
• Configure General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cash Management, and integration with Controlling.
• Prepare functional specifications, support developments, and align solutions with standard SAP processes and clean-core principles.
• Coordinate integration, migration, development, reporting, and testing teams to ensure end-to-end solution quality.
• Support data migration, user acceptance testing, business readiness, stakeholder management, and selected presales activities.

Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and ideally Controlling.
• At least three full-cycle SAP implementation projects, including at least two in a lead role.
• Knowledge of Universal Journal, Controlling processes, cross-module integration, and greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition approaches.
• Customer-facing experience running workshops, presenting solutions, and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to design end-to-end business processes, create SAP functional designs, work independently, and lead workstream delivery.
• Good command of English is required; willingness to travel for client engagements and project activities is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, Product Costing, Margin Analysis, Project System, or Treasury.
• Architectural mindset and experience with presales, RFP responses, solution proposals, estimates, demos, or client presentations.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP S/4HANA Finance or Controlling certification.
• Experience integrating SAP BTP, SAP CPI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other cloud solutions.
• Good command of German.
