What you will do

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession, and Career Development processes.
• Configure calibration, talent review, and succession pool processes.
• Integrate Talent Management modules with Compensation and Employee Central.
• Design MDF-based extensions and apply competency and career path frameworks.
• Prepare blueprints, functional specifications, help manuals, and test scripts.
• Analyze root causes of talent process issues and resolve them with business users.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in SAP HR or SuccessFactors Talent consulting.
• Experience supporting large-scale talent management implementations.
• Strong knowledge of talent processes, competency frameworks, career paths, talent analytics, and workforce insights.
• Ability to understand client business requirements and communicate directly with business users.
• Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
