T Hub - Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant with German (SAP)

Location: Remote with approximately once per quarter presence at the headquarters in Warsaw, Poland

A technology division building a SAP Center of Excellence in Poland to support international SAP analysis, design, and rollout projects for customers across Europe.

What you will do

• Participate in all project phases using the SAP Activate methodology.
• Analyze existing payroll processes and design future-state solutions through fit-gap analysis and process redesign.
• Lead workshops and advise business stakeholders on payroll requirements and implementation feasibility.
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, including schemas, rules, wage types, payroll structures, and backend settings.
• Support integrations with Employee Central, time management systems, and SAP FI/CO, ensuring end-to-end HR and payroll processes.
• Prepare and execute testing, support parallel payroll runs and cutover, deliver demonstrations and training, and contribute to proposals and solution design.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Experience in payroll implementation projects and/or payroll operations, including payroll customization and process analysis.
• Good understanding of German payroll regulations, tax, and social security requirements.
• Experience with HR transformation projects, particularly SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors migrations.
• Professional proficiency in German and English.
• Strong consulting, communication, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking.
• Knowledge of time management system integrations.
• Experience with SAP Activate, testing activities, and business consulting.
• Experience with complex HR and payroll environments involving multiple legal entities or manufacturing organizations.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll certification.
