What you will do

• Own full lifecycle of complex technical programs across engineering teams from scoping to launch and post-launch measurement.
• Drive program milestones, execution criteria, and detailed project plans while tracking progress.
• Partner with engineering to understand architecture, make tradeoffs, identify and manage risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate technical discussions, leverage metrics for program health, and escalate issues with clear decisions.
• Guide teams through product lifecycle including release planning, launch coordination, and post-launch support.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions transparently to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of technical program management experience
• Strong technical foundation in software, infrastructure, or systems with ability to engage in technical discussions
• Proven leadership of complex cross-functional programs with dependency management across multiple teams
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Track record of delivering complex programs with high reliability and predictable outcomes
