What you will do

• Innovate and improve injection molding processes and manufacturing methods.
• Lead equipment technicians in daily machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Optimize OEE, MTBA, and MTBF to reduce system downtime and improve yield.
• Develop technical standards for plastic injection molding and detailed process instructions.
• Collaborate with MFG and process teams to implement continuous improvement plans.
• Select and implement cost-effective manufacturing engineering tools and machinery.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in the mold set-up process.
• Ability to perform complex research and analysis to determine design feasibility.
• Experience implementing statistical process controls (SPC) on key process variables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
