What you will do
- Oversee daily operations for TradFi products (equities, ETFs, tokenized equities) ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on industry best practices to increase efficiency.
- Implement operational risk management procedures to mitigate market and operational risks.
- Execute equities corporate actions accurately and within specified timelines.
- Manage reconciliation with clearing brokers, including investigating and escalating breaks.
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to design workflows and support new product launches.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the TradFi industry, specifically in securities, brokerage, or exchange operations.
- Deep knowledge of trade operations for equities and ETFs; experience with listed derivatives is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in reconciliation, clearing & settlement, corporate actions, or middle office support.
- Proven ability to design operational controls and write clear SOPs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Tech, Compliance, and Customer Support.
- Understanding of regulatory principles regarding brokerage operations and client-asset protection.
