Senior Manager, Social Impact (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $150,000–$210,000 annual base pay, plus potential equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Contribute to the development and execution of Airwallex’s global social impact strategy.
• Lead U.S. social impact priorities, including the design and launch of a flagship U.S. impact program.
• Drive platform adoption among nonprofits, social enterprises, and multilateral organizations.
• Develop and operationalize initiatives covering ESG, giving, product-enabled donations, data for public good, and volunteering.
• Build external partnerships and work cross-functionally with leadership, communications, marketing, commercial, product, and design teams.
• Lead impact communications, narrative storytelling, and the launch, refinement, and scaling of new initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across rigorous business and social impact, CSR, or sustainability environments.
• Experience bridging corporate or commercial objectives with social impact, government, or nonprofit work.
• Track record of delivering significant results with strong ownership.
• Experience operating globally and independently launching initiatives in new markets.
• Ability to develop and execute social impact strategy, including program design, stakeholder engagement, governance, and measurement.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with executives, board members, external partners, and nonprofit or government audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling a social impact function from zero to one.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting, double materiality assessments, or comparable impact measurement frameworks.
