What you will do

• Develop and implement Airwallex’s global social impact strategy and initiatives.
• Drive the adoption of the Airwallex platform among nonprofits, social enterprises, and multilateral organizations.
• Cultivate a global external network to identify and source high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, product, and design teams to align priorities.
• Manage the giving strategy, fund structure, and high-impact volunteering programs.
• Drive internal and public narrative storytelling regarding the company's social impact strategy.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience.
• Proven ability to bridge corporate/commercial objectives with social impact contexts.
• Track record of delivering results in "zero to one" and highly ambiguous environments.
• Experience operating independently and launching initiatives in new global markets.
• Background in high-paced, rigorous environments such as finance or management consulting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
