What you will do

• Manage daily operational delivery of insurance claim queries and critical issues.
• Oversee vehicle off-road management to reduce downtime and rental hire costs.
• Maintain supplier relationships to optimize service delivery and cost reduction.
• Resolve driver complaints at the first point of contact to prevent escalation.
• Produce weekly summary reporting of insurance cases for the Insurance Operations Manager.
• Support general insurance, license check, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Experience in vehicle off-road management resulting from accidents.
• Proven ability to deliver on operational KPIs.
• Experience in supplier management with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Watford for a hybrid work pattern (60% office attendance).

• Experience interacting with Accident Management providers.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex supplier issues.
• Experience in reclaiming rental costs from vehicle manufacturers.
