What you will do

• Plan and execute internal casualty audits, focusing on data discipline and system compliance.
• Analyze claims information to identify risks and recommend improvements across the business unit.
• Provide feedback and written reports to file handlers and key stakeholders upon conclusion of audit activities.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans to ensure timely implementation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing procedures and processes.
• Collaborate with operational leads to perform skill gap analysis and determine training needs.

Requirements

• Extensive background working with various liability claims and processes.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Strong computer literacy and high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to drive successful implementation of corrective improvement plans.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
