What you will do

• Lead independent validation of market risk and default risk models developed by hirify.global Group.
• Support delivery of a UK Internal Model Major Change within the Solvency II framework.
• Produce clear technical reports, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Present validation findings to senior stakeholders, governance committees, and reviewers.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to less experienced colleagues without direct people-management responsibility.

Requirements

• Experience working in a capital modelling function.
• Strong understanding of Solvency II and Internal Models.
• Significant experience with Internal Model Major Change or application activities, market risk model validation, or default and credit risk model validation.
• Experience producing technical documentation and communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work within the UK under the stated flexible-working arrangement.
