What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for defined areas, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Drive discovery and evidence-led development by collaborating with User Research, Design, and Engineering to validate solutions.
• Deliver high-quality products end-to-end, maintaining a high bar for usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Implement AI-enabled ways of working to accelerate product development, insight generation, and prototyping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Product, Delivery, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support the transition and scaling of successful products into wider business units for real-world adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or Bristol, UK
• Willingness to travel across the UK
• Demonstrable experience with drones or other automated robotics solutions.
• Professional experience within the UK drones or aviation industry.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, customer-centric ways.
