What you will do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and business metrics for Digital Channels (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, etc.) across the full portfolio.
- Identify and ship AI-powered capabilities that create real customer value in digital conversations.
- Prototype and validate product ideas quickly using AI coding tools like Claude and Claude Code.
- Conduct continuous customer discovery and turn feedback into data-driven roadmap decisions.
- Manage channel compliance and expansion programs, including carrier registrations and regional launches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, GTM, and external partners to drive adoption and revenue.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
- English: Excellent proficiency required for technical and commercial content.
- 4+ years of product management experience in a software company (SaaS, CPaaS, or CCaaS).
- Hands-on AI fluency, with a track record of shipping AI-powered capabilities.
- Working knowledge of digital messaging ecosystems (SMS, WhatsApp, email deliverability, or APIs).
- Ability to prototype hands-on with AI coding tools.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with SMS TCR registration for the USA (10DLC).
- Experience launching or scaling RCS.
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.
