What you will do
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with global clients, representing the company at Director and VP levels.
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within the client base, working with global technical teams.
- Manage the implementation and delivery of complex, client-specific projects on a global basis.
- Develop and execute Global Key Account Development Plans aligned with client drivers and needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between the global network and client management to ensure KPI delivery.
- Manage the resolution of client concerns and mitigate risks relating to performance and expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles within services and solutions environments.
- Proven hunter sales background with success in new business acquisition and driving upsell/cross-sell.
- Ability to lead a global business development strategy and sell multi-service offerings across regions.
- Mandatory experience in negotiating Global Master Agreements or Global Frame Agreements.
- Fluent English is required.
- Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments managing multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Established professional network within retailers or consumer brands in Europe.
- Experience within the TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) sector.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
