What you will do

  • Manage a book of business to drive expansion and retention by identifying customer needs and growth opportunities.
  • Execute a consistent sales process across the full customer lifecycle including discovery, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Support, and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in sales tools and report on progress.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and deepen product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Must have unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • 2-5 years of new business sales or account management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles and deals in the $25k-$250k ARR range.
  • Comfort with sales tools and internal systems for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills and persistence in customer follow-through.
