What you will do
- Collaborate with CSMs to execute account-specific growth and retention plans.
- Spearhead the expansion and adoption of βs AI product suite across small business accounts.
- Identify and close new revenue opportunities within existing customers and target accounts.
- Build deep relationships with the portfolio to deliver value-based solutions.
- Own the expansion pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasts and performance metrics.
- Oversee onboarding for new customers to ensure a seamless, high-value experience.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Experience (CX) or Account Management.
- Proven track record of closing revenue through expansion or upsell opportunities.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to discuss ROI and build business cases.
- Ability to identify at-risk customers and drive product adoption.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new products and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
