What you will do

  • Collaborate with CSMs to execute account-specific growth and retention plans.
  • Spearhead the expansion and adoption of hirify.global’s AI product suite across small business accounts.
  • Identify and close new revenue opportunities within existing customers and target accounts.
  • Build deep relationships with the portfolio to deliver value-based solutions.
  • Own the expansion pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Oversee onboarding for new customers to ensure a seamless, high-value experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Experience (CX) or Account Management.
  • Proven track record of closing revenue through expansion or upsell opportunities.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to discuss ROI and build business cases.
  • Ability to identify at-risk customers and drive product adoption.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new products and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
