Senior Account Executive Germany (Fintech): Driving end-to-end growth in the German market by owning outbound prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing, and expansion with large customers, with an accent on consultative, solution-based selling and multi-stakeholder complex deal execution. Focus on building and managing a territory pipeline, leading workshops and financial analyses, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver long-term customer value.

Location: Based in Berlin office (Germany)

Salary: €66K to €84K gross per year + performance-based bonus

What you will do

  • Own and grow the German market end-to-end: acquire, close, and expand strategic clients in your territory.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline through targeted outreach (cold calling, events, networking, research, partners) and a clear territory/account strategy.
  • Execute the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through scoping, solution design, commercial negotiation, closing, onboarding, and early expansion.
  • Lead consultative, solution-based sales by understanding prospects’ business models, technical environments, and pain points; run workshops and multi-year roadmap discussions with CxOs.
  • Deliver high-touch customer experiences across deal size and stage.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Compliance, Operations, Legal, and Partnerships to align strategy and ensure long-term customer success.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Germany (Berlin office)
  • 7+ years of sales experience, preferably selling a technical product in Fintech or SaaS, ideally in an international/European environment.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline with a hunter mindset.
  • Strong ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate them into business-relevant terms.
  • Proven ability to sell to large accounts and manage long sales cycles.
  • German: fluent/professional proficiency (C1) and English: professional proficiency (B2).
