Salary: $70,000–$120,000 USD

What you will do

• Write and refine user stories with clear success criteria, using AI tools to accelerate drafting, research, and synthesis.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog for assigned product areas, balancing user needs, business impact, and technical considerations.
• Collaborate with engineering to scope and deliver product features, including AI-powered capabilities in the hirify.global platform.
• Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives) and ensure work is ready for development for 1-week sprints.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform product decisions and validate direction.
• Use AI tools to improve product workflows (research, documentation, competitive analysis, and stakeholder communication) and communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers.

Requirements

• Location eligibility: Open to candidates permanently residing in the United States, excluding California and New York.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, project management, or business analyst roles.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and experience in sprint-based development environments.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (AI-assisted writing, prompt engineering, or copilot-style productivity tools).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with growth operating systems (e.g., EOS, Scaling Up, or similar frameworks).
• Experience in B2B SaaS serving small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
• Experience supporting or defining AI-enabled product features.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, Mixpanel, Pendo).
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams.
