Location: Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA. Hybrid options available for Washington residents near Tukwila.
Salary: $156,200 – $190,800 annually (Target Range)

What you will do
- Define and lead the strategic vision for consumer savings portfolios, focusing on account acquisition, retention, and feature enhancements.
- Own end-to-end product strategy and manage P&L, including cost allocation and expenses.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from research and design to delivery and release.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to refine products and achieve business outcomes.
- Manage and nurture external vendor relationships to align with product goals.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to cultivate a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in technology, business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, product development, or product operations.
- Experience with checking, savings, money market, and CD deposit products from a growth perspective.
- Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and gathering stakeholder updates.
- Ability to build or code data sets to drive growth-focused strategies.
- Experience launching campaigns for member acquisition and retention goals.
- Previous P&L management or finance experience.
