What you will do

• Manage student tuition and fee assessments in Workday Student for both Vancouver and Okanagan campuses.
• Oversee the Tuition Allocation Model (TAM) and provide expert support via Tableau dashboards for Faculty Business Officers.
• Develop short and long-range strategic financial plans and annual budgets for Enrolment Services.
• Lead and manage staff in daily financial operations, ensuring the integrity of financial transactions and payroll processes.
• Design and implement internal controls, audit policies, and unit-level financial procedures to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with external agencies, including the Canada Revenue Agency, regarding student tax credit reporting.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Completion of the CPA accounting program (CA, CGA, or CMA).
• Minimum of five years of related financial experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial management systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work on-site at the hirify.global Vancouver Campus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Student, Adaptive, Tableau, and PowerPivot.
• Experience in a medium to large multi-functional, complex unionized organization.
