What you will do

• Track trade spend budgets, lead forecasts, and develop dashboards for customer benefits.
• Perform detailed profitability and P&L analysis, focusing on promotional deals, margin drivers, and SKU analysis.
• Lead annual and quarterly business planning and forecasting in alignment across functions.
• Establish a "Single Source of Truth" for data management and modernize reporting processes.
• Oversee the AR function in collaboration with shared services to ensure timely payments and reduced aged AR.
• Manage and develop direct reports while ensuring SOX compliance and strong financial controls.

Requirements

• CPA qualification with at least 8 years of commercial finance background.
• Experience in CPG, toys, or retail customer environments with specific trade spend expertise.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle EPBCS, and Tableau is an advantage.
• Strong analytical capabilities in financial modelling and variance analysis.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Mississauga, Ontario.
