Salary: 120,000 - 125,000 CAD + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead the month-end close process for assigned OpCos in compliance with US GAAP.
• Supervise and mentor offshore and onsite finance teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with leadership to prepare budgets, forecasts, and KPIs for operational improvement.
• Manage the integration of newly acquired companies, aligning policies and migrating systems.
• Maintain audit readiness through comprehensive and accurate documentation.
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance process efficiency.

Requirements

• CPA or equivalent designation.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Management.
• Proven track record in portfolio company management, budgeting, and audits.
• Solid working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Must be based in Toronto for hybrid work.

• Experience with NetSuite.
