What you will do
- Develop and execute a multi-year sales strategy and business plan for partner accounts to achieve bookings and renewals.
- Manage executive engagement between distributors, partners, and the sales organization.
- Increase penetration and Share of Wallet through continuous installed base expansion and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with account sales teams and partners to create and execute joint pursuits.
- Coordinate tactical activities and marketing planning to support growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively at many levels within distributors and partner organizations.
- Strong aptitude for negotiating and resolving complex situations to positive outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proven tactical skills in building networks to support business needs.
- Deep understanding of the industry ecosystem, including partners and competition.
