Location: Onsite in Woodlands, Singapore (Clean room environment, 12-hour night shifts required)

What you will do

• Support Front End process and production during disc manufacturing to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Implement effective process controls to maintain product and process compliance.
• Conduct experiments aimed at yield improvement and process enhancement.
• Troubleshoot and perform process qualification for Front End equipment.
• Monitor, audit, and provide technical assistance to line operators and engineering personnel.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or related Engineering.
• Willingness to work in a clean room environment.
• Willingness to work on a 12-hour night shift pattern (7:30 PM to 7:45 AM).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, self-motivated working attitude.
