Senior Director, Global Strategic Partner Development (SaaS): Leading the global SI/OEM and Alliance partner development function to drive incremental revenue and expand market reach with an accent on executive relationship management and joint GTM strategy. Location: Must be based in the United States (Mountain View, CA or Remote)
Salary: $250,000 – $315,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Partner Development Managers across SI, OEM, and Alliance segments.
- Define and execute the FY27+ Strategic Partner Development strategy to achieve aggressive growth MBOs.
- Serve as the executive relationship owner for strategic partners, managing C-level and VP-level connections.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop joint solutions and drive go-to-market execution.
- Lead complex contract negotiations involving OPPA, PHSP, and TAP program structures.
- Orchestrate global alignment between Geo Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to expand partner reach.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within SaaS or enterprise technology.
- 7+ years of leadership experience building and scaling SI, OEM, and alliance programs.
- Must be based in the United States; this role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
- Proven track record of driving significant partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue.
- Experience with complex commercial deal structuring and multi-entity partner agreements.
- Ability to travel 40% to 50% as required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of digital workspace, VDI, endpoint management, or cloud technologies.
- Experience managing partnerships through organizational transitions such as spinoffs or acquisitions.
- Background in field or sales enablement program design.
