TL;DR

Partner Program Lead (AI): Leading the strategic direction, performance, and growth of key partnerships within the industrial machine health ecosystem with an accent on revenue maximization and operational effectiveness. Focus on activating and expanding existing partnerships, driving GTM alignment, and managing executive-level relationships.

Location: Must be based in the USA (salary ranges provided for Colorado, California, and New York City)

Salary: $160,000–$230,000 (70/30 base + variable split)

What you will do

  • Own the multi-year strategy, growth plan, and governance model for assigned strategic partners.
  • Drive GTM activation by designing joint business plans, revenue targets, and KPIs.
  • Develop scalable partner processes, governance structures, and GTM playbooks.
  • Lead quarterly executive business reviews and maintain relationships with partner senior leadership.
  • Translate partner insights into actionable feedback for product and GTM teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner account management or strategic alliances within enterprise technology (Industrial IoT, SaaS, or AI).
  • Required: Experience as a Microsoft ISV or working within the Microsoft partner ecosystem (co-sell, marketplace).
  • Proven track record of growing large-scale partnerships that drive multi-year revenue outcomes.
  • Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and drive alignment across sales, marketing, and product.
  • Strong data-driven strategic thinking and business acumen.
