TL;DR

Sales Director (SaaS): Leading and scaling high-performing sales teams to drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise segments with an accent on complex, technical sales cycles and pipeline execution. Focus on coaching account executives, operationalizing sales processes, and leveraging data-driven strategies to exceed bookings goals.

Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days/week in the New York or SF Bay Area office

Compensation: $250,000 – $375,000 OTE plus equity and commission

What you will do

  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual new logo bookings goals.
  • Coach and mentor account executives to manage complex, technical sales cycles effectively.
  • Identify funnel challenges and implement data-driven interventions to accelerate growth.
  • Establish and operationalize sales processes and rhythm of business to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Provide executive sponsorship for critical deals and support team members in closing high-potential accounts.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing, diverse sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of leading teams focused on mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Strong executive presence with experience managing C-level relationships.
  • Expertise in using Salesforce for deep funnel analysis and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and talent development skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the New York or SF Bay Area offices on a hybrid basis.
