Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days/week in the New York or SF Bay Area office
Compensation: $250,000 – $375,000 OTE plus equity and commission

What you will do
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual new logo bookings goals.
- Coach and mentor account executives to manage complex, technical sales cycles effectively.
- Identify funnel challenges and implement data-driven interventions to accelerate growth.
- Establish and operationalize sales processes and rhythm of business to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Provide executive sponsorship for critical deals and support team members in closing high-potential accounts.
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing, diverse sales team.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams focused on mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Strong executive presence with experience managing C-level relationships.
- Expertise in using Salesforce for deep funnel analysis and strategic planning.
- Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and talent development skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from the New York or SF Bay Area offices on a hybrid basis.
