TL;DR

Partner Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic agency partners to build pipeline and deepen their hirify.global practice with an accent on GTM motions and partner tier graduation. Focus on executing account plans, driving sourced revenue, and orchestrating cross-functional resolutions to reduce partner friction.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote) or Canada

Salary: $123,000 - $154,000 USD (US) / $112,000 - $140,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

  • Manage a book of 100-120 high-potential partner agencies.
  • Build and execute account plans including joint pipeline targets, vertical focus, and certification milestones.
  • Develop verticalized GTM motions and co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with partner marketing.
  • Proactively resolve partner friction through cross-functional orchestration with product, support, and finance teams.
  • Iterate on program policies, including MDF policy and tier graduation criteria, based on field feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliance roles.
  • Proven track record of owning and growing a partner book tied to sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Strong communication skills capable of engaging with agency founders, CEOs, and technical leads.
  • Data fluency with the ability to generate reports and identify trends proactively.
  • Experience with co-selling alongside direct sales teams and navigating deal-reg conflicts.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with web development agencies.
  • Experience within the WordPress or Drupal ecosystem.
