Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $119,220 - $230,880

What you will do

  • Drive strategic growth with priority enterprise partners through joint pipeline generation and acceleration strategies.
  • Own partner performance by managing referral pipelines, bookings targets, and executing corrective actions.
  • Build trusted, executive-level relationships across partner sales, alliances, and leadership teams.
  • Lead joint planning and execution, including partner enablement, account alignment, and opportunity development.
  • Act as a connector between hirify.global field teams and partner sellers to manage sales motions.
  • Track and report pipeline, KPIs, and partner performance using CRM and analytics tools like Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing high-value enterprise technology partnerships.
  • Proven track record of driving $5M+ in annual partnership-sourced revenue.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong business and technical knowledge of enterprise software and GTM execution.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be based in the United States.
