TL;DR

Client Director (Commercial Real Estate): Drive promotion and sales of hirify.global solutions and services across a defined territory or industry vertical with an accent on full-cycle solution selling, pipeline ownership, and retention/new growth. Focus on building relationships with lenders, bankers, REITs, investors, and retail/franchise stakeholders while achieving revenue objectives and translating market/client feedback to internal teams.

Salary: 144,000 - 180,000 USD (annual)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle to sell hirify.global solutions and services to new and existing clients, achieving assigned revenue objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies via a defined account plan; cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, approvers, and influencers.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, align hirify.global capabilities to customer needs, and act as a strategic advisor/partner.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing client perspectives, feedback, and insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage pipeline and sales activity reporting using SharePoint, CRM, and Excel; ensure timely follow-up to protect and grow account scope.
  • Coordinate with Account Management and Client Services as needed; focus on wallet share growth and landing new logos across commercial real estate segments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct sales experience and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education/experience).
  • 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, preferably in solutions sales with a track record of facilitating, negotiating, and closing commercial real estate transactions.
  • 10+ years of commercial real estate experience in a senior-level client director role.
  • Strong industry connections in commercial real estate (lending/banking, REITs or other investors, retail, and franchises).
  • Proven ability to acquire new customer relationships and achieve/exceed individual sales targets.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
