What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle to sell solutions and services to new and existing clients, achieving assigned revenue objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies via a defined account plan; cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, approvers, and influencers.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, align capabilities to customer needs, and act as a strategic advisor/partner.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing client perspectives, feedback, and insights with internal stakeholders.
- Manage pipeline and sales activity reporting using SharePoint, CRM, and Excel; ensure timely follow-up to protect and grow account scope.
- Coordinate with Account Management and Client Services as needed; focus on wallet share growth and landing new logos across commercial real estate segments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct sales experience and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education/experience).
- 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, preferably in solutions sales with a track record of facilitating, negotiating, and closing commercial real estate transactions.
- 10+ years of commercial real estate experience in a senior-level client director role.
- Strong industry connections in commercial real estate (lending/banking, REITs or other investors, retail, and franchises).
- Proven ability to acquire new customer relationships and achieve/exceed individual sales targets.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
