TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (Fintech): Managing and growing enterprise-level life insurance accounts with an accent on partner adoption, sales planning, and performance optimization. Focus on building strong relationships with agents, driving integration strategies, and serving as the voice of the partner to internal product and operations teams.

Location: Remote (US). Candidates are preferred to be located within a 1-hour drive of a major airport. Travel required: ~5 days/month.

Salary: $124,000–$220,000 (Base salary only).

What you will do

  • Lead post-deal partner management, including sales planning and driving adoption of Ethos offerings.
  • Monitor and maintain account performance using data-driven metrics.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key agents and influencers to build brand trust.
  • Design and execute account growth rollout plans, including integration and co-marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to drive agent adoption.
  • Act as the primary voice of the account partner to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Life Insurance distribution.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Experience with Network Marketing Organizations.
  • Demonstrated sales development experience driving growth through sub-agencies and agents.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Tech-savvy with a progressive view of insurtech and fintech opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Marketing and/or consumer sales experience.
  • Experience scaling and optimizing enterprise partnerships.
