What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end client onboarding process, including data uploads, creative asset management, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client transitions.
- Act as a trusted product expert and advisor for clients via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate internal resources using Monday.com and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Develop comprehensive guides and written materials to enhance customer understanding and product usage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing digital role, specifically in client onboarding or similar.
- Experience in multi-channel digital environments (Email, SMS, WhatsApp).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience collaborating with international brands and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in script writing or debugging.
- Prior experience with professional project management tools.
