What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-sales support to final commissioning and handover.
• Take ownership of project delivery, including timelines, budgets, and commercial performance.
• Develop project schedules and monitor deliverables to ensure all milestones are met.
• Produce monthly forecasts and manage project revenue, costs, and gross margins.
• Coordinate direct employees, subcontractors, and site resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular updates and clear communication.

Requirements

• Must have previous project management experience within the electronic security industry in Australia.
• Strong understanding of integrated security systems and security solution design.
• Proven experience delivering projects involving Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Detection, and Perimeter Detection.
• Project Management certification or equivalent qualification.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in financial management and P&L principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
