What you will do
- Establish and lead delivery frameworks for a complex, multi-year transformation program.
- Drive integrated planning and execution across cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Sales, and Legal.
- Manage critical milestones, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful migration and avoid service disconnections.
- Coordinate engagement with external partners such as NBN and Telstra.
- Provide executive reporting, governance, and decision support to maintain disciplined execution.
- Optimize processes to champion customer experience and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in telecommunications.
- Proven experience in project coordination or order management roles.
- Strong understanding of network technologies (IP, voice, VoIP, DSL, fibre, copper).
- Experience with order management systems such as Helix.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to work from the Macquarie Park, NSW office (hybrid)
