Focus on leading audits, expanding RTO scope, and ensuring alignment with ASQA and Defence learning frameworks.

Location: On-site at Randwick Barracks, 5 days a week

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance governance frameworks, policies, and processes for Defence training delivery.
• Lead audits, reviews, and quality assurance activities to drive continuous improvement.
• Grow hirify.global’s RTO scope of registration through stakeholder engagement and implementation projects.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with ASQA standards, VET regulations, and reporting obligations.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide expertise on Defence learning frameworks and compliance.
• Coordinate compliance documentation, risk monitoring, and maintain accurate regulatory records.

Requirements

• Experience in training governance, compliance, quality assurance, or RTO management.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian vocational education and training (VET) sector and ASQA requirements.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122).
• Must be an Australian Citizen to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
• Must be able to work on-site at Randwick Barracks 5 days a week.

Nice to have

• Diploma of Vocational Education (TAE50116 / TAE50122) or equivalent.
• Defence or Australian Defence Force (ADF) training experience as an instructor, trainer, or developer.
• Knowledge of Defence learning frameworks and training systems.
