Requirements

• Must be based in Australia
• Proven experience in creative production or project coordination within an in-house marketing or brand environment.
• Strong expertise with project management platforms and database-driven tools like Airtable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail.
• Experience overseeing production budgets and vendor relationships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
