What you will do
- Coordinate multiple concurrent creative and marketing projects to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Build flexible project timelines and proactively balance team capacity and resources.
- Refine and optimize production workflows to simplify processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Partner with internal project leads to manage stakeholder expectations and provide project visibility.
- Oversee production spend, manage external vendor relationships, and handle freelance contracts.
- Collaborate with AI Ops to test and integrate smart automation tools into the production pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing creative workflows within an internal marketing or creative team.
- High proficiency with database-driven project management tools, specifically Airtable or similar platforms.
- Must be based in Australia or New Zealand.
- Experience in managing production budgets and external freelance talent.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.
- Practical interest and curiosity in using emerging AI tools to drive operational efficiency.
