What you will do

• Coordinate multiple concurrent creative and marketing projects to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Build flexible project timelines and proactively balance team capacity and resources.
• Refine and optimize production workflows to simplify processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Partner with internal project leads to manage stakeholder expectations and provide project visibility.
• Oversee production spend, manage external vendor relationships, and handle freelance contracts.
• Collaborate with AI Ops to test and integrate smart automation tools into the production pipeline.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing creative workflows within an internal marketing or creative team.
• High proficiency with database-driven project management tools, specifically Airtable or similar platforms.
• Must be based in Australia or New Zealand.
• Experience in managing production budgets and external freelance talent.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.
• Practical interest and curiosity in using emerging AI tools to drive operational efficiency.
