What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from planning through to go-live.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects while balancing scope, budgets, timelines, and risk.
• Build strong partnerships with customers and act as their trusted delivery advisor.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Consultants, Developers, and Solution Architects.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure long-term customer value.

Requirements

• Experience delivering customer-facing software implementation projects.
• Background working for a SaaS vendor, software company, or technology consultancy.
• Strong project financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Australian Citizenship is required.
• Eligibility to obtain a government security clearance.
