TL;DR
Project Manager (SaaS): Delivering end-to-end SaaS implementation projects for government agencies with an accent on project governance and customer partnerships. Focus on managing concurrent implementations, coordinating cross-functional delivery teams, and driving commercial outcomes.
Location: Hybrid in Sydney. Must be an Australian Citizen and eligible to obtain a government security clearance.

What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from planning through to go-live.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects while balancing scope, budgets, timelines, and risk.
- Build strong partnerships with customers and act as their trusted delivery advisor.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Consultants, Developers, and Solution Architects.
- Drive project governance, reporting, and commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure long-term customer value.
Requirements
- Experience delivering customer-facing software implementation projects.
- Background working for a SaaS vendor, software company, or technology consultancy.
- Strong project financial management and budgeting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Australian Citizenship is required.
- Eligibility to obtain a government security clearance.
