What you will do

• Collaborate with German OEM stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Elicit and document requirements through workshops and interviews, creating BRDs, FRSs, and user stories.
• Serve as the primary interface between business users, Product Owners, and Agile delivery teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop solution proposals, business cases, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for the automotive domain.
• Manage EU GDPR compliance, including Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA) and Data Erasure Concepts.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of automotive business processes.
• Experience coordinating with onsite customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• German language proficiency (B1/B2).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, BPMN, SQL, and Agile/SAFe frameworks.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• IOBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst certification (preferred).
