What you will do

• Develop and continuously improve end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in collaboration with the Director of Commercial Operations.
• Drive multiple process transformation workstreams to ensure sustainable improvements.
• Analyze existing processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate findings into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient SAP-supported business processes.
• Support the integration of Master Data Management into the future operating model and establish governance.
• Create process documentation, KPIs, and operating standards to support the adoption of new processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Business Process Management, or Commercial Operations.
• Solid SAP experience, specifically in Sales Order Management, Master Data, Pricing, and Billing.
• Experience driving process improvements and transformation initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency: Confident communication in both German and English is required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid).
