What you will do
- Grow the Solutions line through new sales and maintenance of the current base via renewals, upsell, and cross-sell activities.
- Develop strategic account plans, identify key stakeholders, and deliver cohesive value stories to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct needs analysis, qualify leads, and negotiate final agreements in collaboration with Solutions Engineers and inside sales.
- Manage and close renewals on time, performing risk assessments and maximizing growth opportunities.
- Gather and evaluate competitive market information to provide feedback for product development and GTM strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at the customer level.
Requirements
- University degree (Master's or degree in a technical field is advantageous).
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience at senior levels.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a complex consultative solution-sales approach.
- Proven track record of selling technology and software solutions.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Experience in strategic account planning and stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- Knowledge and experience in specific Research Intelligence solution areas.
