What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals through disciplined pipeline management and proactive selling.
  • Manage and expand relationships within high-value commercial MAIL clients to ensure retention.
  • Identify and sell non-asset cross-sell opportunities across digital, automation, and document solutions.
  • Target net-new business in the open market and pursue competitive displacement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with third-party partners and internal product experts to create winning strategies.
  • Operate as a Territory CEO, owning pipeline health and execution within the assigned region.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B field sales, ideally within SaaS, communications, or managed services.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts, win net-new business, and drive cross-sell.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and SMB segments, navigating multiple decision-makers.
  • Track record of strong pipeline generation and consistent over-achievement.
  • Strong understanding of account planning and consultative selling strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and modern prospecting techniques.
